SHIPPING POLICY

What is our Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to extended international customs procedures, deliveries may take longer.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

For free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $100 for First-Class Mail.

 

Shipping Options

First-Class Mail: Estimated Delivery Time is 4 to 8 Weeks - Calculated at Checkout

Priority Mail: Estimated Delivery Time is 3 to 7 Weeks - Calculated at Checkout

Priority Mail Express: Estimated Delivery Time is 3 to 6 Weeks - Calculated at Checkout

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shellysrose/AWinlets Consultants LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

We ship from different warehouses in different countries. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion.

 

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods or extended international customs procedures, deliveries may take longer. If you haven’t received your order within 90 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contacus@awinlets.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

 

Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for returns or refunds (all sales are final): panties, bras, bralettes, lingeries, slips, masks, any and all intimates items, toys, nightwear, gowns, teddies, babydolls, stocking, garter belts, adhesive items, silicones, nipple cover/lifts/pushups, sexy items, and clothing.

Retention of Right to Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@awinlets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
