RETURN POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for returns or refunds (all sales are final): panties, bras, bralettes, lingeries, slips, masks, any and all intimates items, toys, nightwear, gowns, teddies, babydolls, stocking, garter belts, adhesive items, silicones, nipple cover/lifts/pushups, sexy items, and clothing.

 

​In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@awinlets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
